If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This has to be my favorite small business I've ever been a customer of! I went in with a permanent jewelry bond from another company that had broken, and they repaired it immediately. Turns out the other company I had used originally had given me a cheap chain as it broken again in a separate spot. Lexie and Taylor were quick to offer solutions and CUSTOM ORDERED a new chain that they knew was durable and matched my current one. I was able to keep the original charm I had and now have a chain that is durable and will last. And I got sent home with cleaning supplies to keep it polished! FOR FREE! While I was in store, I grabbed some gold jewelry for a wedding I had coming up that required bridesmaids to wear gold. The amount of compliments I got on my necklace with a diamond stud and my earrings was unbelievable. AND I didn't break the bank buying them. It's safe to say I will be coming back if I ever want another permanent chain or some more bling. Taylor and Lexie were the kindest people ever, and they really made me feel welcome.
